I’m told I have an infectious personality and a leadership style that's hard to match. I can only assume it's thanks to my positivity and gift for finding excitement in pretty much anything.

A natural-born leader

I lead with empathy and transparency. I work hard
to ensure my teams are happy and engaged. I love
to discover what sparks joy in each individual to
lean further into strengths—and be able to coach through opportunities.

In my spare time...

I love traveling with my husband, seeing live music, trying new restaurants, and being a lifelong learner of new things (mostly just to learn them—macramé, knitting, and making homemade pasta were all learned during quarantine). I'm also a big fan of taking classes and earning certifications.

As a dog mama and rescuer (please adopt, don't shop), I spend a good portion of my time doting on our four lovable rescue dogs: Brutus, Zissou, Monty, and Noodle.
